GRASSFED BEEF:

Front Quarter  (Mostly roasts and ground beef)          $2.37 per pound

Hind Quarter  (Mostly steaks, some roasts,  burger)    $3.37 per pound

Half  (One front quarter, one hind quarter)     $2.75 per pound

Prices above include custom cutting, paper wrapping, and freezing

  •     Vacuum packaging is an additional ten cents per pound
  •     Prices listed are by hanging weight
  •     One quarter, approx. 132# hanging weight,  yields about  91# meat 
  •     Patties are extra
  •     Split halves (dividing between people) are extra
  •     A small deposit is required; payment due ten days before pickup 

GRASSFED LAMB:

Whole lamb:  $3.72 per pound, plus processing

  • Processing:  Cut, wrap, and freeze (vacuum pack),  57 cents a pound,  plus slaughter ($45 per lamb).  
  • Processing:  De-bone and net,  75 cents a pound,  plus slaughter ($45 per lamb) 
  • Prices listed are by hanging weight. 
  • One lamb, approx. 43#  hanging weight, yields about 33#  meat. 
  • Please specify if Halal Method is required, and we will contact you to coordinate details.
